PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION ACT, 2009 (ACT NO. I OF 2009)Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Public Administration Act, 2009, the Prime Minister has established the 30th of March, 2010, as the date on which the provisions of articles 8 to 10 inclusive, paragraph (d) of subarticle (1) of article
18, article 19, articles 36 to 45 inclusive, and article 49 of the said
Act shall come into force.
