PESTICIDES CONTROL ACT (CAP. 430)
Biocides (Amendment) Regulations, 2008
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 4 and 5 of the Pesticides Control Act, the Minister of Rural Affairs and the Environment, has made the following regulations>
1. (1) The title of these regulations is Biocides (Amendment) Regulations, 2008 and shall be read and construed as one with the Biocides Regulations, 2004, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.
(2) The scope of these regulations is to transpose Commission Directives 2006#140#EC and 2006#50#EC and 2007#20#EC amending Directive 98#8#EC.
2. Immediately after Schedule II in the principal regulations, the following Schedule III shall be added thereto>
