IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 4 and 5 of the Pesticides Control Act, the Minister for Resources and Rural Affairs, in consultation with the Prime Minister and with the Minister for Social Policy, has made the following regulations:-

2004, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.
(2) The scope of these regulations is to transpose Commission Decision 782 correcting Directive 2007/5/EC amending Council Directive 91/414/EEC to include captan, folpet, formetanate and methiocarb as active substances of 7 October 2008 and Commission Decision 791 correcting Directive 2008/40/EC amending Council Directive 91/414/EEC to include amidosulfuron and nicosulfuron as active substances of 10 October 2008.

(a) for items 151 to 154 there shall be substituted the following:

Title and scope. L.N. 115 of 2004

Amends Schedule IV to the principal regulation.
