PUBLIC HEALTH ACT, 2003 (ACT NO. XIII OF 2003)
Commencement notice
BY virtue of the powers given by article 1(2) of the Public Health
Act, 2003, the Minister of Health has established the 21st November,
2003, as the date when all the provisions except articles 28 to 37 and article 45 of the said Act shall come into force.
