PUBLIC HEALTH ACT (CAP. 465)Quality of Bathing Water (Revocation) Regulations, 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 26 of the Public Health Act, the Minister for Health, the Elderly and Community Care, after consultation with the Superintendent of Public Health, has made the following regulations:-

Citation.

Revokes L.N. 380 of

2003.

1. The title of these regulations is the Quality of Bathing

Water (Revocation) Regulations, 2011.

2.
