POLICE LICENCES ACT (CAP. 128)Police Licences (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2011
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Police Licences Act, the Minister of Justice and Home Affairs has made the following regulations:-
Title.
S.L 128.01.
Amends the First Schedule to the principal regulations.
1. The title of these regulations is the Police Licences (Amendment) Regulations, 2011, and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Police Licences Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".2. The First Schedule to the principal regulations shall be amended as follows:(a) in item 21 of Part 1 thereof for the figures "2.33" there shall be substituted the figures "2.50"; and
(b) immediately after item 21 of Part 1 thereof there shall be added the following:
"21A. (a) for the issue of a complete
record of criminal convictions ................. 5.00
(b) for the issue of a declaration
of conduct .............................................. 2.50".
