PLANT QUARANTINE ACT (CAP. 433)Seeds of Agricultural Plants and Vegetables (Amendment) Regulations, 2009

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 32 of the Plant Quarantine Act, the Minister for Resources and Rural Affairs has made the following regulations:-

Agricultural Plants and Vegetables (Amendment) Regulations,
2009 and they shall be read and construed as one with the Seeds of Agricultural Plants and Vegetables Regulations, 2006, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.
(2) These regulations transpose the amendments included in Commission Directive 2007/72/EC.
2. In Table 1.2, immediately before the words “Hedysarum coronarium L.” under the heading “Leguminosae (Legumes)” there shall be inserted the following:-

Amends Table 1.2 of Schedule I to the principal regulations.

3. In Table 1.13, immediately before the words “Hedysarum coronarium” under the heading “Leguminosae” there shall be inserted the following:
