PLANT QUARANTINE ACT (CAP. 433)Vegetable Propagation and Planting Material (Amendment) Regulations, 2009
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 32 of the Plant Quarantine Act, the Minister for Resources and Rural Affairs has made the following regulations:-
1. (1) The title of these regulations is the Vegetable Propagation and Planting Material (Amendment) Regulations, 2009 and they shall be read and construed as one with the Vegetable Propagation and Planting Material Regulations, 2004, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.(2) These regulations transpose the amendments included in Commission Decision 2007/699/EC.
2. In subregulation (2) of regulation 20 to the principal regulations, for the words “31st December, 2004” there shall be substituted the words “31st December, 2012”.Title.
