PRODUCT SAFETY ACT (CAP. 427)Commencement Notice of the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals Enforcement (E-REACH) Committee Regulations, 2009

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 39 of the Product Safety Act, the Minister of Finance, the Economy and Investment, on the advice of the Malta Standards Authority, and in terms of regulation
1(2) of the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals Enforcement (E-REACH) Committee Regulations,
2008, published by Legal Notice 207 of 2008, all the provisions of the said regulations shall be deemed to have commenced on the 12th of September 2008.
