PRODUCT SAFETY ACT (CAP. 427)Machinery Regulations (Revocation of Legal Notice 247 of 2008) Regulations, 2010
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 38 to 40 of the Product Safety Act, the Minister of Finance, the Economy and Investment has made the following regulations:
1. The title of these regulations is the Machinery Regulations(Revocation of Legal Notice 247 of 2008) Regulations, 2010.
2. The Machinery Regulations, 2008, published by LegalNotice 247 of 2008, are hereby revoked.
