REFUGEES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2004 (ACT NO. VIII OF 2004)
BY virtue of the powers conferred by the provisions of sub-article (2) of article 1 of the Refugees (Amendment) Act, 2004, the Deputy Prime Minster and Minister of Justice and Home Affairs has established the 1st February, 2005 as the date when the provisions of article 9 of the said Act shall come into force.
