RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT (CAP. 49)
Radiocommunications Act (Exemption) Order, 2005
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 20 of the Radiocommunications Act, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance has made the following Order>–
1. The title of this Order is the Radiocommunications Act
(Exemption) Order, 2005.
2. The Armed Forces of Malta are hereby being exempted from the payment of any licensing fees due under the Radiocommunications Act with regard to the fixed radio-relay link apparatus used in relation to search and rescue activities.
