Kunsill Malti g[all-Isport (Transfer of Designated Property) (No. 2) Order, 2008
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 16 of the Sports
Act, the President of Malta has made the following order>–
1. The title of this order is the Kunsill Malti g[all-Isport (Transfer of Designated Property) (No. 2) Order, 2008.
2. The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby being designated for the purpose of the enjoyment, possession, use and management of all rights and obligations performing to such designated property in terms of article 16 of the Sports Act.
3. The designated property referred to in article 2 of this order shall be transferred and vest in the Kunsill Malti g[all-Isport as provided in the aforesaid article with effect from the 1st January 2008.
4. The property referred to in article 2 of this order is the following, that is to say>
(1) A plot of land (Football Ground) in Triq Burmarrad, Burmarrad, limits of St Paul’s Bay, having an area of approximately
3,253 square metres, bounded on the North-East, South-East and
South-West by Government property, as marked A and indicated edged in red on P.D. 2008_33.
(2) Building Complex in Triq Toni Camilleri, Burmarrad limits of St Paul’s Bay, consisting of a Club House without number and of an open space, having a total area of approximately 227 square metres, bounded on the North-East, North-West and South- West by Government property, as marked B and indicated edged in red on P.D. 2008_33.
