SPORTS ACT (CAP. 455)Kunsill Malti gall-Isport(Transfer of Designated Property) (No. 2) Order, 2010
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 16 of the Sports
Act, the President of Malta has made the following order:-
(Transfer of Designated Property) (No. 2) Order, 2010.
2. The property described in article 4 of this Order is hereby being designated for the purpose of the enjoyment, possession, use and management of all rights and obligations appertaining to such designated property in terms of article 16 of the Sports Act.3. The designated property referred to in article 2 of this Order shall be transferred and vest in the Kunsill Malti gall-Isport as provided in the aforesaid article with effect from the 1st January
2010.
A plot of land (football ground) at Xgajra registered as Tenement No: E20655, having an area of approximately 5160 square metres, bounded on the North, West and East by unknown owners as indicated edged in red on P.D. 2009_32.
