SPORTS ACT (CAP. 455)Kunsill Malti g]all-Isport(Transfer of Designated Property) Order, 2010
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 16 of the Sports
Act, the President of Malta has made the following order:-
Citation. 1. The title of this Order is the Kunsill Malti għall-Isport
(Transfer of Designated Property) (No. 23) Order, 2010.
Designated property.
Cap. 455.
2. The property described in article 4 of this Order is hereby being designated for the purpose of the enjoyment, possession, use and management of all rights and obligations appertaining to such designated property in terms of article 16 of the Sports Act.Appointed day. 3. The designated property referred to in article 2 of this Order shall be transferred and vest in the Kunsill Malti għall-Isport as provided in the aforesaid article with effect from the 1st January
2010.
Description of designated property.
4. The property referred to in article 2 of this Order is the following, that is to say:A plot of land at Triq Ħal Farruā, Ħal Farruā, limits of Luqa registered as Property no. E 21112, having an area of approximately 22,317 square metres, bounded on the North- West by Triq Ħal Farruā, North-East and South-East by Government property as indicated edged in red on P.D. no.2009_651. The site is subject to third party servitude.
