SPORTS ACT (CAP. 455)Kunsill Malti g]all-Isport(Transfer of Designated Property) Order, 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 16 of the Sports
Act, the President of Malta has made the following order:-
1. The title of this Order is the Kunsill Malti gƫall-Isport
(Transfer of Designated Property) Order, 2011.

3. The designated property referred to in article 2 shall be transferred and vest in the Kunsill Malti gƫall-Isport as provided in the aforesaid article with effect from the 1st July 2010.

Sites ‘G’- ‘H’- ‘I’- ‘J’ and ‘K’ around Football Ground at Santa Lucia registered as property numbers E21590, E21591, E21592, E21593 and E21594 respectively having an area of
approximately 136 m2 45 m2, 48 m2 , 1027 m2 and 990 m2
respectively, bounded on the North, South East and West by
Government Property as indicated edged in red on plan P.D.
