SECURITISATION ACT (CAP. 484)Securitisation Act (Appointment of Competent Authority) Order, 2008

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the Securitisation Act, the Minister of Finance, the Economy and Investment has appointed the Malta Financial Services Authority as the competent authority for the purposes of the said Act as from the
3rd February, 2009.
