SET-OFF AND NETTING ON INSOLVENCY ACT, 2003 (ACT NO. IV OF 2003)
Notice of coming into force
IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of article 1, sub-article (2) of article 9, sub-article (2) of article 19, sub-article (2) of article 23, sub-article (2) of article 25, sub-article (2) of article 173, sub-article (2) of article 177, sub-article (2) of article 182 and sub-article (2) of article 185 of the Set-off and Netting on Insolvency Act, 2003, the Minister of Finance has established the following dates when all of the following Parts of the said Act shall come into force>–
(a) the 7th April, 2003 in respect of Parts III, V, VIII, IX, X, XI and XII< and
(b) the 1st June, 2003 in respect of Parts I and VII.
