Gold (Control) (Repeal) Regulations, 2004
BY virtue of the powers conferred on him by article 3 of the Supplies and Services Act, the Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs has made the following regulations>–

Title.

Repeals L.N. 172 of

1996.

1. The title of these regulations is the Gold (Control) (Repeal) Regulations, 2004.
2. The Gold (Control) Regulations, 1996 are hereby repealed.
