SUPPLIES AND SERVICES ACT (CAP. 117)
Importation (Control) (Amendment) Regulations, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subarticle (1) of article 3 of the Supplies and Services Act, the Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs has made the following regulations>–

Citation and commencement.

L.N. 48 of 1969

1. (1) The title of these regulations is the Importation (Control) (Amendment) Regulations, 2003, and shall be read and construed as one with the Importation (Control) Regulations, 1969, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations.”

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 15 August,

Amends the Schedule to the principal regulations.

2. In the Schedule to the principal regulations, there shall be inserted the item falling under the following Harmonised System Code number>–
“7102.10
7102.21
7102.31 Rough Diamonds”.
