Correction to the Development Planning Act. Cap. 356.

Coming into force.

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7(3) of the Statute Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made the following correction:

"(4) Any offence committed against any of the provisions referred to in subarticle (1) shall continue to be offences against those provisions and proceedings in respect thereof may be commenced or continued as if the said provisions were still in force, without prejudice to the application, in respect of any acts or omissions constituting such
offence, of the provisions of article 51(2)." *.

*This subarticle originally formed part of proviso (ii) to article 63 which was omitted by the Law Commission and is now being reintroduced by the same Commission.
