AN ACT to appropriate a sum not exceeding six hundred and twenty-six million, five hundred and fourteen thousand, one hundred and twelve Maltese liri for the service of the financial year 2004.
BE IT ENACTED by the President, by and with the advice and consent of the House of Representatives, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows>–
Short title. Appropriation.
1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (2004) Act, 2003.
2. A sum not exceeding six hundred and twenty-six million, five hundred and fourteen thousand, one hundred and twelve Maltese liri shall be and the same is hereby charged upon the Consolidated Fund to meet expenditure during the financial year 2004 under the Votes
specified in the Schedule to this Act.
