Act No. XXV of 2007

AN ACT to appropriate a sum not exceeding one billion, five hundred and ninety-six million, fifty-three thousand and ninety- three euro for the service of the financial year 2008.

BE IT ENACTED by the President, by and with the advice and consent of the House of Representatives, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows>–
1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (2008) Act, 2007.
2. A sum not exceeding one billion, five hundred and ninety- six million, fifty-three thousand and ninety-three euro shall be and the same is hereby charged upon the Consolidated Fund to meet expenditure during the financial year 2008 under the Votes specified in the Schedule to this Act.
