TELECOMMUNICATIONS (REGULATION) ACT (CAP. 399)
Notice of coming into force of the Telecommunications
(Unbundled Access to the Local Loop) Regulations, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 38 of the Telecommunications (Regulation) Act, and in accordance with regulation 1 of the Telecommunications (Unbundled Access to the Local Loop) Regulations, 2003, published by Legal Notice 45 of 2003, the Minister for Transport and Communications, after consultation with the Malta Communications Authority, has established that the said Telecommunications (Unbundled Access to the Local Loop) Regulations, 2003 shall come into force on the 6th October, 2003.
