Notice of coming into force of the Telecommunications
(Personal Data and Protection of Privacy) Regulations, 2004
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 38 of the Telecommunications (Regulation) Act, and in terms of regulation 2 of the Telecommunications (Personal Data and Protection of Privacy) Regulations, 2003, published by Legal Notice 19 of 2003, the Minister for Transport and Communications, after consultation with the Malta Communications Authority has established the 1st. April, 2004 as the date for the coming into force of the said regulations.
