TELECOMMUNICATIONS (REGULATION) ACT (CAP. 399)
Telecommunications Services (General) (Amendment Number 4) Regulations, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred upon him by article 38 of the Telecommunications (Regulation) Act, the Minister for Transport
and Communications, after consultation with the Malta Communications Authority, has made the following regulations>

Amendment of regulation 37 of the principal regulations.
1. (1) The title of these regulations is the Telecommunications Services (General) (Amendment Number 4) Regulations, 2003 and
shall be read and construed as one with the Telecommunications Services (General) Regulations, 2000, hereinafter referred to as “the
principal regulations”.
(2) There regulations shall be deemed to have come into force on the 29th July 2003.
2. The proviso to sub-regulation (1) of regulation 37 of the principal regulations shall be substituted with the following>
“Provided that the provisions of this regulation shall not apply to a company that held a telecommunications licence on 1st January
1999 and to which this condition did not already apply.”
