TRADING LICENCES ACT (CAP. 441)Open Air Markets (Establishment) Order, 2011

BY virtue of article 12 of the Trading Licences Act, the Minister for Finance, Investment and the Economy has made the following order:-

Title. 1. The title of this order is the Open Air Markets

(Establishment) Order.

Establishment of open air market.

Cap. 441.

2. The following open air market is being established in terms and for the purposes of the Trading Licences Act:

Open-air market at Park and Ride, Flagstone Wharf, Hornworks
Ditch, Floriana.
