TRADING LICENCES ACT (CAP. 441)Trading Licences (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations, 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 17 of the Trading Licences Act, the Minister for Finance, the Economy and Investment, has made the following regulations:-

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 15th day of
March, 2011.

(a) in item 02 thereof, for the words "Gaming Authority" there shall be substituted the words "Lotteries and Gaming Authority";
(b) paragraph (f) of item 12 thereof shall be substituted by the following:
"(f) Casino, betting and gambling, provided that such activities shall be fully restricted on Good Friday and provided further that the business hours during which such activities may be carried out on any other day may be restricted by laws or regulations regulating such activities or by directives, policies or license conditions imposed from time to time by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority."; and
(c) paragraph (l) of item 12 thereof shall be substituted by the following:
"(l) Predominant sale from vending and other
