TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDINANCE (CAP. 65)
Motor Tractors (Amendment) Regulations, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 54 of the Traffic Regulation Ordinance, the Minister for Transport and Communications, after consultation with the Malta Transport Authority, has made the following regulations>-
1. (1) The title of these regulations is the Motor Tractors (Amendment) Regulations, 2003 and they shall be read and construed as one with the Motor Tractors Regulations, 1979, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1st January

Deletes regulation

20 of the principal regulations.

2. Regulation 20 of the principal regulations shall be deleted.
