TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDINANCE (CAP. 65)
Notice of coming into force
IN virtue of article 54 of the Traffic Regulation Ordinance and as indicated in regulation 1(2) of the Motor Vehicles (Weights, Dimensions and Equipment) Regulations, 2003, the Minister for Transport and Communications has approved 11th July, 2003, when the provisions of regulations 2 to 15 and 52 to 73 of the Motor Vehicles (Weights, Dimensions and Equipment) Regulations, 2003 shall come into force.
