TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDINANCE (CAP. 65)
Notice of coming into force of the Motor Vehicles
(Weights, Dimensions and Equipment) Regulations, 2003
IN virtue of article 54 of the Traffic Regulation Ordinance and in terms of sub-regulation 1(2) of the Motor Vehicles (Weights, Dimensions and Equipment) Regulations, 2003, published by Legal Notice 162, the Minister for Transport and Communications has established the 1st May, 2004, as the date when the provisions of regulations 16 to 51 of the Motor Vehicles (Weights, Dimensions and Equipment) Regulations, 2003 shall come into force.
