TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDINANCE (CAP. 65)
Notice of coming into force of the Motor Vehicles (Driving
Licences) Regulations, 2002
IN virtue of article 54 of the Traffic Regulation Ordinance and in terms of sub-regulation 1(2) of the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations, 2002, the Minister for Transport and Communications has established the 2nd January, 2004, as the date when the provisions of regulations 2 to 24 and 26 to 77 of the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations, 2002, published by Legal Notice 191, and the First to the Fourth Schedule, and the Sixth to the Twelfth Schedule to these regulations shall come into force< and has further established the 29th March, 2004, as the date when the provisions of regulation 25 of the said regulations mentioned hereupon, and the Fifth Schedule thereof shall come into force.
