TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDINANCE (CAP. 65)
Notice of coming into force of the Motor Vehicles (Carriage of
Dangerous Goods by Road) Regulations, 2003
IN virtue of article 54 of the Traffic Regulation Ordinance and in terms of sub-regulation 1(2) of the Motor Vehicles (Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road) Regulations, 2003, published by Legal Notice 211, the Minister for Transport and Communications has established the 1st May, 2004, as the date when the provisions of the Motor Vehicles (Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road) Regulations,
2003 shall come into force.
