VALUE ADDED TAX (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2003 (ACT NO. X OF 2003)
Notice of coming into force
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subarticle (2) of article 1 of the Value Added Tax (Amendment) Act, 2003, the Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs has appointed the 1st May, 2004 as the date on which all the remaining provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
