Commencement Notice relating to amendments to the Data Protection Act, Cap. 440
BY virtue of the powers given by articles 1 (2) and 117 (2) of the Various Laws (Amendment) Act, 2003, the Minister for Information Technology and Investment has established the 31st December, 2003 as the date when the provisions of article 118 in Part XXI of the said Act as relating to amendments to the Data Protection Act, Cap. 440, have come into force.
