Commencement Notice relating to amendments to theTobacco (Smoking Control) Act, Cap. 315
BY virtue of the powers given by articles 1 (2) and 50 (2) of the Various Laws (Amendment) Act, 2003, the Minister of Health has established the 12th September, 2003 as the date when the provisions of articles 50 to 63 in Part XII of the said Act as relating to amendments to the Tobacco (Smoking Control) Act, Cap. 315, shall come into force.
