Notice of coming into force of Part XV
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 1(2) and 78(2) of the Various Laws (Amendment) Act, 2003, the Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs has established the 1st January, 2004 as the date on which the provisions of articles 79 to 82 of the said Act shall come into force.
