Notice of coming into force of Part XI
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 1(2) and 48 (2) of the Various Laws (Amendment) Act, 2003, the Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has appointed the 1st May, 2004 as the date when the provisions of article 49 of the said Act shall come into force.
