VARIOUS LAWS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2003 (ACT NO. IX OF 2003)
Notice of coming into force of Part XXIII
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 1(1) and 122(2) of the Various Laws (Amendment) Act, 2003, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Social Policy has established the 3rd February, 2004 as the date on which the provisions of articles 123 to 126 of the said Act shall come into force.
