Notice of coming into force of Part X
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 1(2) and 46(2) of the Various Laws (Amendment) Act, 2003, the Prime Minister has appointed the 6th February, 2004 as the date when the provisions of article 47 of the said Act shall come into force.
