VARIOUS LAWS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2003 (ACT NO. IX OF 2003)Notice of coming into force(Parts XIV, XVI and XXII)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 1(2), 75(2), 83(2) and 119 (2) of the Various Laws (Amendment) Act, 2003, the Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs has established the 16th September,
2003 as the date on which the provisions of articles 75 to 77, 83 to 86 and 119 to 121 of the said Act, relating to Parts XIV, XVI and XXII
thereof, shall come into force.
