IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Various Laws (Civil Matters) (Amendment) Act, 2008, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice and Home Affairs has established the 15th February, 2008, as the date when all the provisions of the abovementioned Act shall come into force.
