IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Various Laws (Civil Matters) (Amendment No. 2) Act 2008, the Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has established the 24th of March, 2009, as the date when the provisions of articles 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,
10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 of the said Act shall come into force.
