VETERINARY SERVICES ACT (CAP. 437)
Undesirable Substances in Animal Feeds Rules, 2008
IN exercise of the powers conferred by Article 34(a) of the Veterinary Services Act, the Minister for Rural Affairs and the Environment has made the following regulations>–
1. (1) The title of these rules is Undesirable Substances in Animal Feeds Rules 2008, and they shall be read and construed as one with the Undesirable Substances In Animal Feeds Rules, 2005 hereinafter referred to as “the principal rules”.
(2) The scope of these rules is the implementation of the rules found under European Union Council Directive 2006#77 amending Council Directive 2002#32#EEC on the Prohibition on the Use in Stock- Farming of Certain Substances having a Hormonal or Thyrostatic Action and of Betaagonists.
2. For rows 17 to 26 of Schedule I to the principal regulations are substituted the following>
