WATER SERVICES CORPORATION ACT (CAP. 355)
Notice of coming into force
IN exercise of the powers conferred upon him by article 1(2) of the Water Services Corporation Act, the Minister for Information Technology and Investment has established the 1st October, 2003 as the date on which subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of subarticle (3) of article 3 of the said Act has come into force.
